Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your frame. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Returns
You can return an unused frame within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the frame needs to be in its original condition and packaging, with no keepsake mounted inside.
To start a return, email us at hello@mindeandmatter.com with your order number and we'll send instructions.
Return shipping
For returns, you cover the cost of return shipping, and we refund the price of the frame. Original shipping is not refunded.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within a few business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Damaged or defective
Our frames ship without glass, so we pack them carefully, but if yours arrives damaged or with a defect, we'll fix it right away at no cost to you. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to ship the damaged piece back.
Exchanges
Want a different colorway? Follow the return steps above and let us know which design you'd like instead. The same condition and window apply.
Gifts
If your frame was a gift, we're happy to arrange an exchange or store credit. Just reach out with the order details.
A few things we can't accept
Frames that have been used or have a keepsake mounted, items outside the return window, and anything not in its original packaging.
